To-Jo Mushrooms is building its sales and marketing department with new staff members.
John Cunningham joined the Avondale, Pa.-based grower-shipper as national accounts manager. He has 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the restaurant equipment and hospitality industries. Cunningham is responsible for managing current To-Jo accounts and acquiring new clients across the country.
“John brings a proven track record and a national perspective on customer-focused selling that will further strengthen our position in the marketplace. We are excited to have him on board as To-Jo continues to grow its business and expand into new territories,” said president Anthony D’Amico in a news release.
Julie Petrovick has been promoted to director of strategic plan implementation. In her new position she will facilitate the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy. Petrovick will work with the company’s executives to coordinate the plan set by To-Jo management.
After working as To-Jo’s business development director, Peter Wilder was appointed to marketing director of the company. He is now responsible for carrying out a marketing strategy for the Fresh and Food Products divisions of the company.
“The addition of Pete to the To-Jo marketing team will enable us to enhance our brand presence and strengthen the value-proposition we can offer to our customers, positioning To-Jo as a strategic partner in the industry,” D’Amico said in a news release.
