Delaney is responsible for managing To-Jo’s national sales staff and overseeing the marketing strategies for both fresh and food products divisions of the company, according to a news release. Delaney was director of marketing for Procacci Brothers in Philadelphia, where he was since 2007. Delaney is on the Produce Marketing Association Foundation board of directors.
“Kevin will give To-Jo a national perspective that further strengthens our competitive position in both the foodservice and retail segments of the industry,” To-Jo President Anthony D’Amico, said in the release. “We are excited to have him on board as we continue to expand our business and develop new territories.”
Steenrod, bringing 20 years of experience in human resources, comes to To-Jo from Embraer Aircraft Holdings in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., according to the release. At Embraer Aircraft, Steenrod was senior human resources business partner when the company was recognized as one of “Florida’s Best Companies to Work For,” according to the release.
“The addition of Amy to our senior leadership team will allow us foster our company’s core values, enabling To-Jo to become an employer of choice in the industry,” D’Amico said in the release.
