To-Jo Food Products Inc. has introduced a new meatball that is half ground beef, half mushrooms.
Avondale, Pa.-based To-Jo rolled out its new frozen-foods Bella Blended meatball line at the 2013 National Restaurant Show in Chicago, according to a news release.

The product will be available in half-ounce, one-ounce and two-ounce sizes for applications ranging from appetizers to entrees. Bella Blended products also will be available in both mild and spicy versions.
The line is a collaboration between To-Jo and Devault, Pa.-based Devault Foods, which will distribute product through its network of foodservice distributors.
