The U.S. Department of Agriculture cited T&R Produce Wholesale and Trucking Inc. for failing to pay for produce.

Sanford, Fla.-based T&R Produce failed to pay $264,110 to four sellers for 29 lots of produce, which violates the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act, according to an USDA release.

T&R Produce entered a consent decision with the USDA, and the company will not be able to operate in the industry until Aug. 21, 2015. The responsibly connected principal is Jeom Rim.
