The U.S. Department of Agriculture has lifted sanctions issued against a Maryland produce business after it satisfied a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act reparation order, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release.
Cinco De Mayo Inc., doing business as Los Fuertes Produce, Glen Burnie, Md., was restricted for allegedly failing to pay $33,714 to a Texas seller.
The company and its responsibly connected principal, Enrique Guzman Gonzalez, can now operate freely in the produce industry.
