The U.S. Department of Agriculture has lifted sanctions against Pauher Fresh LLC after it satisfied a reparation order.
The USDA suspended Pauher Fresh's Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act license for failing to pay $38,048 to a Texas seller, The Packer reported on Feb. 5.
Pauher Fresh, Rio Rico, Ariz., is will be free to operate in the industry once it obtains a PACA license. The responsibly connected individual, Jesus Ernesto, is now free to work in the industry.
