Georgia Berry & Vegetable LLC, Sparks, Ga., is now free to operate in the produce industry after the company satisfied a reparation order issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced April 11 it had lifted sanctions previously imposed against Georgia Berry & Vegetable in March after it failed to pay $17,790 to a Florida seller.

The responsibly connected members — Corey Beverly, Dennis Eller and Norman Houston — are now free to work in the industry.
