The U.S. Department of Agriculture has lifted sanctions on two businesses after they fulfilled reparation orders issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.
The companies are:
- Mid-State Produce, Stockton, Calif., can now resume operations. The responsibly connected officers are Selina Hernandez and Ruben Hernandez Jr.
- Mi Supermercado 2 LLC, doing business as Bravo Supermarket, Fort Myers, Fla., can resume operating in the industry once it applies for and receives a PACA license. The responsibly connected individual is Oqab Abuoqab.
