Quality Experience Produce Inc. has satisfied a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act reparation order, according to a release from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

The USDA suspended Quality Experience Produce’s PACA license in February 2012 after it failed to pay a $31,672 award to an Arizona seller.

The Nogales, Ariz.-based company will be able to resume operating in the industry once it applies for and receives a PACA license. The responsibly connected officers, Martha Mendoza and Martin Mendoza, are now free to work in the industry.
