The U.S. Department of Agriculture has suspended the licenses of two produce businesses after they failed to pay reparation awards issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.
The companies are:
- Georgia Berry & Vegetable LLC, Sparks, Ga., for failing to pay $17,790 to a Florida seller. The responsibly connected individuals are Corey Beverly, Dennis Eller, and Norman Houston; and
- Revival Enterprises Inc., Garden Grove, Calif., for failing to pay $49,050 to a California seller. The responsibly connected officers are Min Yong Kim and Yang Oh.
