USDA suspends Georgia Berry, Revival Enterprises

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has suspended the licenses of two produce businesses after they failed to pay reparation awards issued under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act.

The companies are:

  • Georgia Berry & Vegetable LLC, Sparks, Ga., for failing to pay $17,790 to a Florida seller. The responsibly connected individuals are Corey Beverly, Dennis Eller, and Norman Houston; and
  • Revival Enterprises Inc., Garden Grove, Calif., for failing to pay $49,050 to a California seller. The responsibly connected officers are Min Yong Kim and Yang Oh.
