The U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance, Chesterfield, Mo., is hosting “The Food Dialogues” Sept. 22 online and at four locations across the nation.

The discussion will be about how food is grown and raised, and the long-term environmental and health impacts of it, according to a USFRA news release.

The event includes four panel discussions, involving leaders in the food, foodservice, media and policy areas, as well as growers and business leaders.

Claire Shipman, senior national correspondent for ABC’s “Good Morning America,” will moderate the event from Washington. Chef John Besh will moderate from New York.

The panel discussion will begin in Washington at 11:30 a.m. eastern time, and wrap up in California by 5 p.m. eastern. It will also be hosted online on Facebook and at the USFRA’s website.
