The festival at the Watsonville, Calif., distributor will accommodate 100 employees and have a focus on produce.
Among other activities, managers have agreed to participate in a dunk tank to raise money for the Pajaro Valley High School football team. The company will match whatever is raised, according to a news release.
The week after the festival, staff will continue the celebration with food, raffles and more.
Gary Manfre, president, and his partners bought the business now known as Watsonville Coast Produce on Oct. 1, 1974.
Then it was a seven-man operation on Menker Street in a modified barn. The business has since grown to 100 staff in a 45,000-square-foot facility off Kearney Street.
