The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service will conduct a free Web seminar on how to use its Fruit and Vegetable Market News service.

Set for 2 p.m. Eastern time on March 28, the hourlong seminar will provide information on the Web-based resource, which provides price and movement data for hundreds of agricultural commodities.

Audrina Lange, USDA’s assistant to the director of AMS Fruit and Vegetable Market News, will teach users how to navigate the National Fruit and Vegetable Retail Report, which provides fresh produce prices at the regional and national levels.

Also as part of the seminar, attendees will learn about the Market News Portal function on the AMS website.
