In the opening session on April 22, Collette Carlson, human behavior expert and author, shared her secrets to success, highlighting challenges and opportunities for women in leadership positions with an animated demonstration that kicked off the conference on a light note.
Following breakout sessions on vision building and strategic networking by faculty members of the Simmons School of Management, a panel of industry leaders shared insights into their secrets of success in the fresh produce industry.
The conference concludes April 23, with sessions on how to build and lead high-performance staffs, and how to grow business acumen.
