The California Department of Food and Agriculture is seeking candidates to fill four vacancies on the California Organic Products Advisory Committee.
Committee members advise the CDFA secretary on current issues related to organic food production and make recommendations on matters pertaining to the California Organic Program, according to a news release.
Vacancies are for one producer alternate, one environmental alternate, one technical alternate and one consumer alternate. Committee members serve three-year terms, the release said.
