SALINAS, Calif. — Scott McDonald, who with general manager John Bryce started Frisco Farms in July 2009, left the Corral de Tierra, Calif.-based company Nov. 12.

McDonald was one of two sales agents at Frisco Farms, said Lina Odello, a sales assistant. The other, Bill Wynne, started in July and will handle all sales until a successor for McDonald is named.

McDonald previously worked for Oviedo, Fla.-based Duda Farm Fresh Foods. He left Frisco Farms to pursue other opportunities, Odello said.

The company ships produce from Salinas-based Merrill Farms, which had used the Frisco Farms label before stopping its shipping business in the mid-1990s.
