The Beumer fillpac R can handle 300 to 6,000 bags per hour and fill all types of valve bags, according to a company news release.

The machine also features complementary bag placing technology for all common bag types, and the weight of filled bags is guaranteed by a calibratable weighing unit.

When used with a bag placer, the fillpac R also can fill woven polypropylene bags. And the three-position cylinder that regulates the machine’s coarse and fine flow is protected from dust.

The cylinder for bag discharging also is located in the dust-free zone above the filling spout, minimizing wear and tear on both cylinders and ensuring longer service life.

The fillpac R also is equipped with an automatic bag weight correcting device, which automatically adjusts the weight of subsequent bags.

Almost all built-in components of the machine are available commercially, reducing delivery times for spare parts and lowering capital costs.

In addition, the system is designed to be easily accessible for maintenance. The generously dimensioned filling impeller reduces fill times and therefore increases throughput without impairing weight accuracy.

The fillpac R is also equipped with an ergonomic control panel designed to make operation simple and intuitive.
