Ready Pac and Tanimura & Antle are among the six latest companies to join the Reusable Packaging Association, Arlington, Va.
The Reusable Packaging Association is a collaborative effort between manufacturers, poolers, distributors, retailers and educators to promote the environmental, safety and economic benefits of reusable packaging, according to an Aug. 3 news release from the association.
Ready Pac, Irwindale, Calif., and Tanimura & Antle, Salinas, Calif., “will help advance the RPA’s efforts to address barriers to end-user adoption of reusable packaging systems.” YottaMark Inc., Redwood City, Calif., a traceability solutions company, also joined the association.
Tanimura & Antle and Ready Pac also are members of RPA’s Reusable Packaging Association End-User Advisor Council, which represents companies that use reuseable packaging in its supply chain, according to the news release. The council is expected to be up and running in a few weeks.
