The instant coupons will appear on more than 200,000 packages, according to a news release. The promotion in U.S. markets started June 14.
Last year’s effort had a 19% redemption rate, Elena Hernandez, marketing and communication specialist, said in the release.
Salinas, Calif.-based Mann Packing also participated in the BlogHer Food ’12 conference June 8-9 in Seattle to promote its crinkle-cut sweet potato fries and reformulated Rainbow Salad.
More than 500 food and lifestyle bloggers, writers and photographers attended. The conference included panel discussions, sponsor sampling and demonstrations.
“BlogHer Food was a great opportunity for us to establish relationships directly with these key influencers,” Hernandez said in the release.
