Sandstone Marketing receives Sam’s Club award

Sandstone Marketing, Yuma, Ariz., was awarded the Sam’s Club Quality Vendor Award for 2012.

The award was presented at the Sam’s Club annual vendor summit, according to a news release.

Sandstone started working with Sam’s Club in 2011.

“This is such an honor,” Milas Russell, Jr. president of Sandstone said in the release. “To be recognized for quality is a vindication of the hard work we put into our Kiss melon program.”

Sam’s and Sandstone’s partnership helped build a program that helps Sam’s members have a better eating experience in the melon category, according to the release.
