Living Lettuce promo nets company 13 customers

A promotion for a leading grower-shipper’s Living Lettuce product has landed 13 new accounts.

Salinas, Calif.-based Tanimura & Antle’s “Live from Tennessee” promotion featured a direct mail program, a promotional website, an advertising campaign and sales support, according to a company news release.

Living Lettuce is grown hydroponically in Tanimura & Antle’s Tennessee greenhouse.

Harvested and packed with the roots intact for maximum freshness, Living Lettuce has a 20-day shelf life and is packed in a “mini-greenhouse” clamshell.
