Vance Publishing Corp., the publisher of The Packer, has launched a digital marketing services business.
Lincolnshire, Ill.-based Vance created Vance Marketing Solutions to provide strategic Web development and digital marketing, said Vance’s vice president of eMedia, Tom Denison, who will head the new division.
“We all know that in a recession, companies cut back on their marketing spend, but in this economy, companies also realize that they need to invest in the digital world for the future,” Denison said. “Our services are not only well-designed, but they also support our clients’ business goals via a proven process.”
Vance’s president, Peggy Walker, said Vance Marketing Solutions underscores the company’s more than 70 years of commitment to the agriculture, professional woodworking and beauty industries.
“Our market expertise, combined with our unique approach to developing online strategies, will enable us to develop programs that truly fit our customers’ goals,” Walker said. “While many publishers are cutting back due to declining print advertising revenues, Vance is continuing to invest to help its clients maximize their marketing dollars.”
