(Feb. 12) Emerging markets in Asia, Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe are growing three to five times faster than the developed markets of North America, Japan and Western Europe, and a new report from the Newark, Del.-based Produce Marketing Association can help produce suppliers take advantage of that growth and deal with its challenges, according to a news release.

“The Supermarket Revolution in Emerging Markets: Implications for the Produce Industry,” prepared by Thomas Reardon of Michigan State University, is available free to PMA members.
