SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY, CALIF. — Shipments (173-163-96, seedless 161-158-92, seeded 12-5-4) — Movement expected to decrease as more shippers finish the season. Trading moderate. Prices generally unchanged. 24-inch bins per pound red-flesh seedless-type approximately 35 and 45 counts mostly 18 cents, approximately 60 count mostly 16 cents. Quality generally good.

SOUTHWEST INDIANA AND SOUTHEAST ILLINOIS — Shipments (201-156-73, red-flesh seeded 18-18-6, red-flesh seedless 182-138-67) — Movement was expected to decrease as growers expected to finish season the week of Sept. 23. Trading red-flesh seedless 45s fairly active, red-flesh seedless 60s moderate. Prices higher. 24-inch bins per pound. Red-flesh seedless-type 45s 16 cents, 60s 13-14 cents. Quality generally good.
