Skyline Produce seeks repack partners

Hatch, N.M.-based Skyline Produce is working on possible partnerships this season, said Marty Franzoy, manager and owner.

“We’re looking at shipping some to other shippers and have them repack them,” he said.

The company sold all its repacking equipment a year ago because keeping it didn’t make sense for the company’s business model, Franzoy said.

Shiloh Produce adds 3-pound pack

Hatch, N.M.-based Shiloh Produce Inc. has added to its line of consumer packs, said Jay Hill, salesman.

The 3-pound pack is shipped under the Shiloh Sweet label.

“We packed two pilot loads last year to see what people would think, and it was accepted very well,” he said.

The product is being shipped to foodservice and retail customers, he said.
