i probably will not be able to attend, so I am leaving my comment in hopes someone will take this and run with or someone with the USDA will take interest. i have been in the produce world for 25 years, 16 in organics. I think the organic grower gets taken advantage of with having his produce graded within the USDA guidelines established a long, long time ago for conventional produce. There should be a completely separate set of standards for organics since our farming practices are so limited. I welcome all responses. Let the organic band together and start a national movement!!!

Lets have an equal playing field. It cannot be proved that organics are safer, healthier, more affordable. The organic religion is based on lies and misstatements about conventional agricultural methods. Test and certify the hundreds of chemicals used in organic growing. Let the public know the facts.
