DMA Solutions Inc., Irving, Texas, sponsored the campaign, which president and CEO Dan’l Mackey Almy said will be extended through the end of the year because of its success, according to a news release.
“Fresh heroes provides an outlet for our team, and hopefully others, to express gratitude to those that have inspired a passion and appreciation for fresh produce,” Mackey Almy said in the release.
“After seeing how the campaign impacted individuals over the past six weeks I couldn’t imagine it ending so soon. We are excited to continue it through the end of the year and possibly beyond.”
DMA Solutions has produced a tribute video showing the heroes honored during the first six weeks of the campaign, according to the release. Honorees included friends, family, industry colleagues and mentors.
