Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc., said 15 million shares of common stock will be offered of an underwritten public offering.
The retailer operates 170 stores in nine states.
The underwriters of the offering will have the option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million shares of common stock from the selling stockholders, according to the release.
The offering is made through an underwriting group led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, Apollo Global Securities, Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Guggenheim Securities and Wolfe Research Securities, according to the release.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering and the representatives of the underwriters, according to the release.
