The Environmental Protection Agency has registered Badge X2 fungicide/bactericide to control several bacterial and fungal diseases, including powdery mildew, downy mildew, melanose, scab, greasy spot and citrus canker.


It also received state registrations from Florida and California and has U.S. Department of Agriculture approval for use on organic crops, according to a news release.


Badge X2 contains the active ingredients copper oxychloride and copper hydroxide in a water-dispersible granular formulation, according to the product label..


The product from Morrisville, N.C.-based Isagro USA Inc. is labeled for numerous crops, including citrus, tree fruit, crucifers, tomatoes and peppers, according to the label.
