Texas AgriLife, the Extension arm of Texas A&M University, has launched a new Web site to help people learn about how to produce and market fruits, vegetables, nuts and nursery products.
The Small Acreage Horticultural Crop site is to help those interested to become more knowledgeable in identifying and planning ways to diversity.
As part of the effort, Texas AgriLife will host a series of Webinars, with the first being on fruits, pecans and grapes on Nov. 18.
The Web site also includes 10 online training videos that cover diversification into horticultural crops.
