Food safety experts with the University of Idaho have updated its good agricutlural practices, or GAPs, manual for potato growers.
The manual was revised to help simplify the requirements needed to pass a U.S. Department of Agriculture GAP audit.
It is available for download as either a Word document or a pdf. Each chapter is available separately so computer users aren't stuck trying to download one extra large file.
To download the updated manual, visit the University of Idaho, Kimberly, Web site.
The Web site also contains instructions on how to compile a manual.
