I agree but not 100%, there's a lot of variables to this equation... take my store as an example:it's run on very thin labor, produce included. It's Tuesday evening, last day of the Ad, store is busy and no one in the produce dept. to fill the BLTS, because my produce clerk is the stuck in the checkstand... how do you control this scenario that happens quite often and when I try to address it with the store mgr.he's answer is, well it was busy. I once try to solve this issue by talking to my produce supervisor about it but it backfire... the store manager got mad at me for what he calls, going behind he's back. To prevent my name from going to the "black list" I just do what I can with the help that I have...
