Understand the potential of GMO produce

Debate over GMOs will come to the produce aisle over the next few years.

I fear retailers will get pressured to dismiss science as the foundation of their corporate policies.

As the debate escalates, consumers may change their shopping habits (buying more or less of a given item, or perhaps increasing purchases of organics).

Bottom line — GMOs have the potential to transform our industry, and it will be interesting to watch the story unfold.

Get prepared!

Of course sensible and knowledgable people agree. What is particularly interesting is why the scare-mongers (of which we have more than our fair share in Europe) are so intent on being anti. Can it be the commercial advanatges that the orgabic lobby perceive? Or the political grand-standing of the so-called "environmental" groups?

Investigate the GMO issue in terms of reduced world food supplies. Then look up the work of population control groups and realize that the food safety issues have moved into the realm of anti-corporate political activism. and subtle genocide.
