While it may be a little late in the comment period for these translations to be offered, the FDA deserves some praise for making these translations available.
On the minus side of the equation, I tried to pull up the www.regulations.gov website today and it was down. That is the second time in less than a week that I have tried to pull up www.regulations.gov and been unable to do so. Better than Obamacare's website, yes, but not good enough...
Per Drudge Report, a blog site critical of global warming science has leaked a 29-page Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change assessment of the impact of climate change.

Skeptics be damned, the report says climate change may negatively effect crop yields from 0% to 2% every decade for the rest of the century.
