Florida's 2006-2007 orange crop volume was listed as 128.9 million boxes, a drop of 1.3% from the June crop estimate, according to the final U.S. Department of Agriculture report. The report links the decrease to a smaller valencia crop, which came in at 63.3 million boxes, short of the projected 65 million boxes, Florida Citrus Mutual, Lakeland, noted in a news release. Early-mids and navels remained unchanged at 65.6 million boxes.
