Fort Myers, Fla.-based Deleon Produce Sales Inc. has satisfied a reparation order issued under the Perishable Agrircultural Commodities Act, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release.

The Packer reported June 23 that Deleon Produce Sales had failed to pay a $17,136 reparation award to a Florida seller.

The company is now eligible to apply for a PACA license and continue operations. Mary Deleon and Arnold Deleon were listed as the responsible parties of the business and may now be employed by or affiliated with any PACA licensee.
