JD Rodriguez Produce Inc. has satisfied a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act reparation order for the second time this year, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture news release.

The Dallas-based company and its principals, Johnny Rodriquez, Valerie Rodriguez and Esmeralda Rodriguez, are eligible to operate in the produce industry upon obtaining a PACA license.

USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service reported in April 2014 the company and principals were restricted from operating in the industry for failing to pay a $29,069 PACA award to a Texas produce seller.

The company had earlier satisfied a reparation order in January.
