Automated Packaging Systems, Streetsboro, Ohio, has two new Autobag packaging systems for flexibility with large bags.

The new machines, Autobag 600 and Autobag 650 Wide Bagging Systems accommodate a range of Autobag bags-on-a-roll and bags-in-a-box material up to 16 inches by 27 inches, according to a news release.

Autobag 600 can fill 65 bags a minute and is a semi-automatic filling and sealing machine. The Autobag 650 has a label printer as well and can fill up to 40 bags a minute, according to the release.

“These new baggers were engineered with an emphasis on ergonomic design for the operator, and return on investment for the owner,” Chris Rempe, vice president of global marketing for Automated Packaging Systems, said in the release. “The unobstructed access to the loading area is one of our most user-friendly features to date, and the highly flexible design accommodates a wide range of products and bag sizes, increasing packaging capacity.”
