East Hartford, Conn.-based BioSafe Systems has hired John David Cass as the company"s technical representative in the mid-southern region for the agrichemical division.
That territory includes Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, according to a news release from the company.
Cass will be based in Leming, Texas, and will work directly with strategic distribution partners, growers/packers and market influencers, according to the release. His work will support the crop protection, water treatment and food safety business segments of BioSafe Systems. Cass will extend the company"s agriculture division"s coverage to 90% of the U.S., according to the release.
A 20-year veteran of agriculture and agribusiness, Cass holds an agronomy degree from Texas A& M University, according to the release.
