Foodservice business continues to be the anchor of the fresh-cut operation at Oxnard, Calif.-based Boskovich Farms Fresh Cut Division Inc., said Mike O’Leary, vice president of sales and marketing.

Products include fresh-cut spinach, green cabbage, romaine, green onion, cilantro, parsley and Italian parsley.  

Boskovich Farms recently expanded its local growing operations to include iceberg lettuce, kale and Brussels sprouts, allowing the company to increase its vertically integrated, year-round supply of chopped salad, shredded lettuce, fresh-cut kale and fresh-cut Brussels sprouts, he said. 

The company also has advanced its celery stick program.
