Brian Woods is the new Eastern U.S. account representative for The Packer and its sister publication, Produce Retailer magazine.
Woods has 15 years of experience in advertising and marketing services in the produce industry, including seven years at The Packer and Produce Retailer.
“Brian is a produce industry veteran and has great understanding of the media landscape,” Shannon Shuman, publisher and vice president of The Packer. “His experience has spanned multiple territories across the country and every media channel.”
That includes print, digital, video, events and custom marketing solutions, Shuman said.
Woods, who begins Sept. 3, will be based in the Lenexa, Kan., headquarters of Farm Journal, parent company of The Packer and Produce Retailer.
