The California Citrus Mutual, Exeter, has hired Casey Creamer as executive vice president.
Creamer is the former senior executive for the Kings River Water Quality Coalition and vice president for the California Cotton Ginners & Growers, according to a news release.
At the cotton association, Creamer addressed public policy and regulations, something he’ll do for California citrus at the state and federal level, according to a news release.
“Last July the Citrus Mutual board made the conscientious decision to strengthen the existing staff with both expertise and additional manpower,” California Citrus Mutual President Joel Nelsen said in the release. “That process is now completed.”
Creamer grew up on his family’s dairy farm, and has since then worked extensively with growers, according to the release.
