Prime Distribution has five U.S fulfilment and distribution facilities with a total of 2.6 million square feet, serving about 140 customers, according to the release.
The purchase will give C.H. Robison’s North American Surface Transportation business synergies and capabilities, with advantages for customers delivering to retailers, Mac Pinkerton, president of that division, said in the release.
