One week remains before the application window for the $3 million Grow-NY business competition closes July 15.
The global food and agricultural business competition, led by Empire State Development and Cornell University’s Center for Regional Economic Advancement, will award a $1 million grand prize in November. Up to 20 finalists will compete for several additional levels of start-up funding.
Start-up firms can apply from anywhere around the world — but must be prepared to operate or do business within the Central New York region for at least 12 months to qualify.
