Super HK HG LLC, doing business as Hong Kong Supermarket, Hawaiian Gardens, Calif., has satisfied a Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act reparations order from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Hong Kong Supermarket paid the $4,774 it owed for fresh produce it received, according to a news release from the USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service. The company can continue operating  in the industry once it applies for, and is issue, a PACA license, according to the release.

Myint J. Kyaw, listed as a member of the business, can now be employed by a PACA licensee.
