Robert Irvine, chef on The Food Network's "Restaurant: Impossible" and "Dinner: Impossible" will host a fundraiser for the Saint Joseph's University's Academy of Food Marketing's Educational Foundation on Feb. 28 in Philadelphia. The event will be held at the Fretz Kitchen Showroom on the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

"We hope to raise funds for scholarships for food marketing students along with an awareness of our excellent and unique food marketing program," said Eileen Acello, director of development and recruitment at the Academy of Food Marketing, in a news release. "We want more of the food industry to seek out our students for internships, co-ops and full time positions."

Those who attend the event will have the opportunity to cook, eat and network, while Irvine judges a cooking competition. There will also be cooking demonstrations.
