Johnston Farms, Edison, Calif., is adding capacity to pack more satsuma mandarins during the peak season, said Derek Vaughn, citrus sales manager.

The company expects to increase its popular stem-and-leaf satsuma mandarin program 20% to 30% from mid-November to late January.

The company also has updated its half-bushel mandarin carton.
