Santa Paula, Calif.-based Limoneira Co. offers customized promotions for its foodservice customers as well as a 12-month promotion calendar, said John Chamberlain, director of marketing.

During August, Limoneira will celebrate Global International Youth Month and three lemon holidays: National Lemonade Day, National Lemon Juice Day and, for pie lovers, Lemon Meringue Day.

In September, the company will focus on moms and “showcase how she and the family can get nutritious meals away from home.”

“Autumn is ghoulishly good,” the company said, so in October, Limoneira will let its national blogger network know about great fall menus at participating foodservice customers.

In November, Limoneira will focus on celebrating Thanksgiving dinner — including appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts — with family and friends at their favorite dining spots.

In December, the company said it will celebrate the holiday season with wreathes with citrus, aromatic candles and citrus yule ideas — from decorating the tree to setting a creative table and enjoying traditional food favorites with a new twist.
