The National Mango Board is seeking nominations for six members for three-year terms starting in January 2019.

The 18-member board will have openings for two importers, a domestic grower, a first handler and two foreign growers, according to a news release. Two names for each position will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of Agriculture for final appointments. Mango industry representatives in the districts with an open position will vote on whose names are submitted to the USDA, according to the release from the mango board.
