Loree Dowse, foodservice marketing manager for Salinas, Calif.-based Mann Packing, was inducted into Les Dames d’Escoffier International’s Monterey Bay chapter, according to a news release.

Les Dames is an invitation-only organization for women in food, fine beverage and hospitality industries, the release said. The organization has more than 2,300 members throughout the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Mexico.

Dowse has worked in marketing and PR roles for Porter Novelli International and Wells Fargo & Co., and has been a caterer, private chef, food writer and cooking instructor, according to the company release.

She has been with Mann’s in her current position since 2015, and is also the company’s corporate chef.

Dowse volunteers with the Drummond Culinary Academy at Rancho Cielo and is the academy’s live auction chair, according to the release.

“I look forward to partnering with members of LDEI to inspire the next generation of culinary innovators. This honor is truly special,” Dowse said in the release.
